Immeuble à appartements, rue Gisbert Combaz 27

Art Deco apartment building erected in 1928 by the architect Pierre De Gieter. Its six-storey, three-bay façade is enlivened on the middle floors by two trapezoidal oriels, each carrying a terrace. The ground floor, faced with grey marble, frames the entrance door between two shopfronts with curved display windows. The original window frames, with small-paned transoms and coloured glass, survive; the building is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
