Art Deco block of flats erected in 1924 to plans by the architects P. and M. Scheerlinck, with three unequal bays and five storeys under a gabled roof with wooden gabled dormers. Above a rendered ground floor with continuous rustication, the upper floors are in partly rendered Zandvoorde brick. The bays are set between pilasters whose capitals bear an oval medallion with garlands and flowers; the left bay has triplets with a small curved balcony, the right bay a trapezoidal oriel. Inside, the original Strobbe lift in an open shaft survives. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
