Art Deco house built in 1927 by the architect Rémy Leysen. Its asymmetrical elevation, in brick and concrete, has a projecting main bay with an oriel on a corbel. The entrance bay is distinguished by a stepped panel between the door and the oblong first-floor window, itself crowned by a geometric design. The original garage in the main bay was converted into a window in 1951. The building is recorded in the inventory.
