Art Deco block of flats on the corner of Rue du Fort, signed "Walthère Michel / arch. 1927". It has two bays on either side of a corner bay, over five storeys under a slate roof with hipped dormers, in brown brick enhanced with white imitation stone. The rendered ground floor houses a corner shop consisting of an entrance flanked by display windows. The upper floors, marked by string courses, are opened by rectangular windows with quoined jambs under a continuous lintel; trapezoidal oriels on the side bays and a polygonal one on the corner end in balconies with openwork railings at the top level. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
