A pair of Art Deco apartment buildings with ground-floor shops, designed in 1934 and 1935 by the architect Geo Maillé, who signed the ground floor of no. 11. The brick upper storeys with emphasised horizontal joints play on projecting wall planes, oriels and spandrels with plant-motif low reliefs, beneath widely projecting cornices. The corner building at no. 11 originally housed a pâtisserie, which retains its door with an ornate metal push plate, geometric and floral stained glass and part of its interior decoration; the upper-floor transoms include a stained-glass panel evoking an insect. The buildings are recorded in the legal inventory.
