Art Deco block of rental flats designed by the architect A. Van Bever in 1929, with one flat on the ground floor and two on each upper floor. The symmetrical three-storey façade under a mansard slope and flat roof is in orange brick, set off with white stone and bluestone. A narrow central bay, ending in a through-dormer gable with a geometric crest, is framed by side bays with successive set-backs, bordered by pilasters that are grooved on the upper floors. Four timber dormers with geometric side wings crown the whole. The cornices and the original doors, with geometric wrought-iron grilles, survive; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
