An Art Deco apartment building with shops on the ground floor, built in 1929 on Boulevard Émile Bockstael in Laeken. Its symmetrical six-storey elevation, rendered and in red brick with white stone dressings, has four bays on the upper floors: trapezoidal oriels in the side bays, projecting central bays and a continuous balcony with wrought-iron railings on the second floor. A stepped frieze and a concrete cornice crown the fourth floor, and the top floor is capped at the centre by a gable with geometric decoration. The building, with two flats per floor, is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage; its lift is included in the inventory of historic lifts.
