This three-façade Art Deco villa dates from 1929. Its two storeys in red brick and render are covered by a hipped-gable roof with dormers. On the street side, the first bay is fronted by a curved oriel and the second, set back, by a trapezoidal bay window topped by a terrace with a wrought-iron railing. The side façade has an entrance bay treated as a projecting section and corner terraces on both levels; a separate garage stands at no. 180. The villa, set behind a small front garden enclosed by its original wrought-iron railing, is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
