Two buildings were erected for a refrigeration firm: on the left, a shop with housing designed in 1922 by the architect Félix Van Meir in an eclectic style; on the right, an Art Deco cold-storage warehouse drawn up in 1925 by the architect J. Van Camp. No. 25a-25b is a wide, long six-storey building made of three adjoining sections under a metal-framed roof; its red-brick facade, set off with white imitation stone and white stone, has three bays flanked by pilasters with stepped brickwork, beneath a top storey treated as an attic and almost entirely rendered. The warehouse was completely converted into housing in 2012. The building has been entered on the statutory heritage inventory since 19 August 2024.
