Maison Art déco, avenue Maréchal Joffre 116-118

Art Deco town house built in 1931 for the contractor Armand Doriaux. The two-storey façade under a mansard, in yellow brick enhanced with bluestone, is marked in its main bay by a trapezoidal oriel pierced with triple windows, above a projecting section housing the garage. A round-arched porch reached by steps shelters a wrought-iron door in a bluestone surround. The joinery, including that of the sash windows, is original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
