Art Deco house designed in 1928 by the architect Adolphe Puissant. The geometric façade, in brick and Euville stone, has three storeys above a semi-sunken garage, under a large slate mansard roof. The upper floors are fronted by an oriel on a corbel, trapezoidal at first, which splits into two triangular projections supporting a terrace with a cross-patterned openwork parapet. The front door and the front-garden railings survive; the house is recorded in the inventory.
