Art Deco house designed in 1929 by the architect Joseph Halleux. The façade, in Orp-le-Grand brick with recessed joints, imitation white stone and Euville stone, has three storeys above a semi-sunken garage, under a large slate mansard roof. The first floor is fronted by a trapezoidal bow window carrying a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, and the top storey is articulated by pilasters. The metal front door, the railings, the front-garden fence and the original window frames and garage door survive; the house is recorded in the inventory.
