This Art Deco house was designed in 1928 by the architect Jacques Saintenoy. Its brick façade, trimmed with bluestone and with white Euville and Savonnières stone, rises two storeys under a mansard above a semi-sunken garage. The left-hand bay has triple openings, including a French window fronted by a small polygonal balcony; the right-hand bay carries a trapezoidal oriel between stepped uprights. The pedestrian door and the front-garden railings survive.
