Art Deco house built in 1923 by the architect Adolphe Puissant. The two-bay, three-storey façade, in red, ochre and orange brick, is enhanced with bluestone, white stone and Euville imitation stone. The first-floor windows, on a trapezoidal plan, have sills resting on corbels depicting an owl with outspread wings, and the breasts of the upper floor are decorated with geometric brick patterns. The entablature bears a stepped fluting motif, described in the inventory as characteristic of Art Deco, beneath a deeply projecting cornice; the joinery and ironwork are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
