Beaux-Arts building with Art Deco inspiration, designed in 1926 by the architect Walthère Michel for Delhaye et Dupuis, specialists in ladies' hats; the architect signed the facade at ground-floor level. It has five storeys under an attic parapet and a flat roof, with a symmetrical three-bay facade, its ground floor in pink reconstituted stone and its upper floors in white stone; the side bays are marked by spur-shaped oriels beneath a balustraded terrace. Originally the shop occupied the ground floor, the offices the first floor and the workshops the upper floors; the shopfront was redone in 1979.
