Art Deco building erected in 1926 to plans by the architect Pierre De Gieter, with six storeys, including a mezzanine, and two identical bays. The façade is rendered in white imitation stone and enhanced with red brick on the central pier of the upper floors, whose rectangular windows are arranged in triplets. The commercial ground floor retains its original shop windows; the building-permit plans provided for a brasserie with a billiard room and a meeting room on the mezzanine. The third, fourth and fifth levels are fronted by trapezoidal oriels beneath a terrace with an iron balustrade, and the window frames are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
