Large Art Deco garage of 1928, signed on the base "A (lbert) Herent Architecte". The 46.85 m facade, in rendered concrete, is symmetrical, with three levels and five bays; the projecting central bay has a wide porch topped by a concrete canopy and is set within a gable with flattened straight rakes. The frames, sills, mullions and piers, moulded in successive set-backs, form a decoration typical of Art Deco, and some original window frames with decorative glazing bars survive.
