Corner apartment building in the Art Deco style, built in 1933 by Jules Hazaer et Fils to replace a neoclassical house of 1873. It has four storeys under a mansard roof, with a red-brick commercial ground floor and, on the rue de Lausanne side, oriels linked by balconies with parapets. The angled corner bay is pierced by triple windows on the upper floors; the whole is crowned by a widely projecting wooden cornice.
