Art Deco apartment building with ground-floor shops, designed in 1930 by the architect Jean-Florian Collin. It has seven to nine storeys, two of them in successive setbacks, and eleven bays, one of them angled. The rendered façade is regularly pierced by wide rectangular windows with their original frames and enlivened by projecting sections. The vertical friezes on the corner and the ironwork of the upper balustrades carry Art Deco motifs.
