This broad Art Deco-inspired town house was designed in 1927 by the architect Léon Mercenier. Its three-storey façade of red brick and white stone opens on the right of the ground floor onto a symmetrical composition of four round-arched doors, including a pair of garage doors. On the upper floor, a white-stone oriel with three paired windows marks the central bay. The original openwork wooden doors and the transoms with geometric stained glass survive.
