Art Deco apartment building constructed in 1927, probably by the architect Léon Delune, whose elevation plays on the slope of the street. Its nine unequal bays, punctuated by projecting brick piers over four storeys rendered to imitate ashlar, are arranged around a central entrance bay with a canted-corner metal door. Two three-storey trapezoidal oriels with stylised rusticated jambs frame the composition beneath a strongly projecting cornice; the ironwork is original. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
