Three Art Deco apartment buildings designed by the architect Léon Van Dievoet for the cooperative society “Comptoir national des Matériaux”, the first two in 1931 and the corner building in 1932. The brick and white imitation-stone elevations, six storeys high under a mansard roof, are articulated by giant pilasters and pierced by wide windows with their original three-part frames. Imitation-stone spandrel panels decorated with flowers and fruit adorn the central bays, and the corner building is enlivened by double-stepped oriels.
