Art Deco apartment house built under a 1928 permit application for their own account by Edmond and Edouard Moons, contractors and developers based in Borgerhout; the plans name no architect. The tall, narrow six-storey façade above a basement, in white natural stone on a high bluestone plinth, follows a markedly vertical composition crowned by a gable with pedestals, with a three-sided bay window rising over four storeys and a wrought-iron balcony. The wrought-iron front door, made by the Bouwsmederij Fr. Claessens of Borgerhout, survives; the building held seven modest rental flats served by a lift. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
