Apartment building in a restrained Art Deco style (“zakelijke art-decostijl”), designed in 1935 by the architect David Moëd for the limited company Boduognat, represented by the diamond merchant Maurice Salti; built from autumn 1935 to autumn 1936. Eight storeys high, it contains fourteen high-standard flats; a smaller four-storey block of sober modernist design was built in the garden, the first experiment of its kind in Antwerp. The street façade, in natural stone on a bluestone base, has a slightly higher central projection and windows with wide surrounds and a curved central section in the side bays. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
