Art Deco apartment building erected in 1925 by the architect Alfred Chambon, who signed it on the façade. Above a plinth of Euville stone, the Savonnières stone elevation has five storeys, plus two more within a metal roof shaped like a ship's hull, and projects in a broad rounded bow window. The round-arched oak door is protected by wrought- and cast-iron grilles with thistle-flower motifs. The common parts retain their decoration: terrazzo floor, staircase with a wrought-iron banister and oak doors to the flats.
