An Art Deco social housing block built in 1922 for the Le Foyer koekelbergeois company by the architect Fernand Brunfaut, similar to the one he erected the same year at Rue Stepman 6-10. This twelve-bay, four-storey corner building, faced in red brick with rendered elements under a flat roof, opens through a carriage passage onto the buildings inside the block. Gables over the entrance and corner bays, curved oriels flanking the corner and decoration created by the brick bonding enliven the façade. The building is recorded in the legal inventory.
