Art Deco block of flats on the corner of Square Prince Léopold, built in 1933 by the architect François Van Stichel. The four-storey building has one bay on the square and three on the street, linked by an engaged turret that rises above the cornice. The red-brick façade is enhanced with rendered panels, mainly on the spandrels and the turret, and with bluestone; the turret has windows with three mullions and a stepped crest. The low brick wall with wrought-iron railings in front of the garden survives; there are two flats per floor. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
