Group of five social housing blocks in the Art Deco style designed in 1932 by the architect François Van Stichel for the Foyer Laekenois, part of a large complex occupying most of the block bounded by rue Charles Ramaekers, rue du Siphon and rue de Ter Plast. The four-storey buildings have a continuous red-brick façade enlivened with bluestone, rendered areas and glazed stoneware elements in pale green, black, white and brown, with geometrically patterned piers and spur-shaped oriels. The ensemble was renovated in 1980-1982 by the architects Philippe Samyn and Marc Vanden Bossche, who reclad the rear façades.
