Art Deco house signed “W. PAULUS ARC. 1932”. Its three-storey façade in yellow brick, enhanced with white stone and bluestone details, is topped by a flat roof. The openings are rectangular, except for the round-arched door, and the ground floor has a window with two mullions. A rectangular logette spanning almost the full width of the façade continues on the second floor as a loggia with a stone balustrade punctuated by columns. The house is recorded in the legal inventory of architectural heritage.
