House in yellow brick and reconstituted stone built in 1933 by the architect Léopold Thomé, which contributes to the Art Deco homogeneity of the Carmes district. Its four storeys, which include a remodelled shop, are marked by a bow window running the full height of the elevation beneath a projecting cornice. Multiple setbacks, geometric ornaments and stylised flowers, 'vertebra' colonnettes at the corners of the bow window and the handling of the brickwork enliven the facade.
