Art Deco apartment building designed in 1926 by the architect Léon Mercenier and erected to replace workshops of 1858. The white imitation-stone elevation, of three bays and six storeys beneath a mansard, is marked by the projection of the upper floors. The bays are separated by giant pilasters, decorated on the top floor with carved stylised floral motifs; the spandrels of the side bays bear a bas-relief with a stylised floral motif, and the windows of the central bay have wrought-iron railings with lozenge motifs. The commercial ground floor has been clad in white brick tiles since 1984. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
