Art Deco house resulting from the 1935 refacing, by the engineer Paul Fernand, of a neoclassical façade of 1883, whose dentilled and modillioned cornice survives. The cement-rendered façade is enhanced by three tall brick bands forming chequerboard patterns. The carriage door, with two metal leaves pierced with geometric motifs, sits beneath a canopy topped by a blind arch with successive recesses, between plinths enriched with black and orange mosaic. The first floor has a trapezoidal bow window on a corbel and the third level a semi-cylindrical bay; inside, the carriage passage and the staircase were also remodelled in the Art Deco style. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
