Art Deco apartment building of three bays and three storeys, probably designed by the architect Mario Knauer in 1928 and slightly altered in 1937 to plans by the architect Léon Smets, who replaced the garage with a window. The dark-brick ground floor has a central door with grilled openings flanked by two grilled windows, while the upper floors are in white imitation stone. The side bays are fronted by two-storey canted oriels, their spandrels decorated with friezes of triangles. A cornice with a frieze of relief triangles on four brackets precedes an attic storey with three pedimented openings; the joinery is original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
