Multi-family house in the Art Deco style built for E. De Combe to a 1932 design by the architect Jan Jacobs; according to the inventory, the design still belongs to the "zakelijk" (functional) Art Deco the architect had developed in the 1920s. Of five bays and four storeys under a flat roof, it has a cornice façade of red brick, with blue stone for the plinth and sills and white stone for the ground floor, quoins and drip mouldings. The two-bay side projection, one storey taller, carries over two floors a three-sided bay window clad in imitation stone, its breast decorated with a typical flower basket; the entrance door is flanked by the garage door and an elliptical sidelight. The Art Deco ironwork of the door and grilles survives, along with the wooden joinery; the plan provided for two duplex flats. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
