An Art Deco town house, signed and dated on the plinth by the architect Léon Guiannotte, 1925. It closes a coherent row of buildings, most of them in the same style, that begins at no. 232; at the rear, an office and shop building was erected under the same permit. A wide two-storey building beneath a mansard roof, its orange-brick façade, set off with white stone, artificial stone and bluestone, plays on panels of upright or herringbone brickwork and on paired colossal pilasters with geometric capitals. It combines a trapezoidal oriel beneath a shaped gable, windows with wrought-iron grilles and a wide, low carriage entrance with a cavetto surround.
