Art Deco block of flats, at the corner of Rue Charles Demeer and Place Alexandre Pouchkine, built in 1932 by the architect J. Henry. The four-storey elevation has two bays facing the street and one facing the square, linked on the upper floors by an imposing polygonal corner turret with a slate bell-shaped roof. The red brick and white imitation-stone façade, enhanced with bluestone, has openings with torus-moulded surrounds, those of the turret with shaped lintels. The turret extends on either side into balconies with rounded corners; the joinery has been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
