The former office building of the Puratos works, which specialised in products for bakers, built in 1945 in the Art Deco style by the architect Pierre M. Porto on a plot the company had acquired in 1941; the set-back top floor, planned from the outset, was only added in 1961. The brick façade, with emphasised horizontal joints and blue-stone details, opens on the right onto a large triangular porch beneath a three-storey oriel of asymmetrical triangular plan. On the left, a tall glazed bay lights the stairwell, with a grille incorporating the letter "P" and, above it, a round sign that originally bore the monogram "PP". The building is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
