Art Deco house designed by the architect Baudoux in 1923. The two-storey elevation combines yellow brick and white stone. The ribbon windows have mullions and jambs faced with black ceramic. The original wrought-iron door lies beneath a stone canopy, flanked on the right by two small square openings. The joinery, including the small-paned frames, is original; the garage door has been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
