Immeuble à appartements Art déco, rue du Stade 11

Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect Georges Ligo in 1930. Its four-bay, six-storey red-brick elevation is enhanced with blue stone and imitation white stone elements. The outer bays are fronted, from the first to the fourth floor, by a curved oriel topped by a terrace. The cornice forms a stepped gable; the wide wrought-iron door is original, while the window frames have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
