Four-storey building on the corner of Rue de la Violette, designed in 1930 by the architect J.-J. Van den Eng, whose name is inscribed on the ground floor. Its Art Deco façade in artificial stone stands out for a projecting rounded corner bay and for geometric decoration on the window breasts, piers and frieze below the cornice, interrupted at the corner by a wrought-iron railing. The marble-clad commercial ground floor keeps multicoloured stained-glass transoms bearing the words “DRAGEES” and “CONFISERIE”. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory.
