Art Deco apartment building of 1933, signed on the ground floor by the architect G. Mignolet and the builder Dubois. The rendered façade with imitation joints has a symmetrical elevation of seven storeys beneath a flat roof and five bays. The central entrance bay has staggered levels, while the others are treated on the upper floors as polygonal oriels, the outer ones trapezoidal beneath a terrace. Carved geometric motifs adorn the façade, and the door, whose jambs incorporate a lantern, beneath a concrete canopy, keeps its leaf with a geometric grille; the building is recorded in the inventory.
