Art Deco building designed in 1924 by the architect Henri Profiter. The rendered façade has three storeys under a flat roof and four bays, the outer ones wider, above a rusticated plinth topped by a thick grooved band. The first bay has a small curved balcony with a cast-iron railing, the third a door surmounted by a window and an oval oculus, and the last is crowned by a small stepped gable. The ground-floor keystones, the surrounds of the door and oculus and the consoles of the entablature are decorated with apples, leaves and horse-chestnuts. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
