Art Deco house with a shop on the ground floor, designed in 1935 by the architect Florent Brunet. The three-storey elevation under a mansard roof combines a ground floor faced with violet-veined and black marbrite with upper floors in orange brick with emphasised horizontal joints. On the first floor, a trapezoidal bow window with a ribbon window carries a terrace with a parapet, tubular railing and three planters, the central one with multiple setbacks. The terrace fronts a wide French window with stepped brick jambs. The cornice overhangs widely and the door survives. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
