Art Deco house with storerooms at the rear, designed in 1927 by the architect Josse Franssen. The three-storey façade under a flat roof is in red brick enhanced with bluestone and plays on projecting geometric wall planes. On the ground floor, a garage door has replaced the window of an office, next to a vehicle entrance flanked by pilasters. The first floor has a ribbon window with two pilaster mullions, the second two paired windows separated by a pier of projecting brick courses; the wooden door with geometric grilles survives. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
