Art Deco apartment block built in 1931 by the architect L. Roustaux, with five storeys and three unequal bays on the upper floors. The asymmetrical red-brick façade is enhanced with white imitation-stone rendered elements; the rendered ground floor has a pedestrian door with torus-moulded jambs, a garage door, two paired windows and a narrow grilled hexagonal opening. The upper floors have wide openings under concrete lintels, with projecting piers on the middle storeys and raised brickwork on the fifth-storey spandrels. A wooden cornice with broad modillions crowns the façade, and the stairwell retains its original Schindler lift intact. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
