Large Art Deco house, signed and dated on the plinth by the architect Adolphe Deboodt in 1928, with Engema as contractor. The façade, rendered in white imitation stone and set off with red brick, has three storeys under a mansard and two equal bays on the upper floors. The central door, beneath a stylised pediment, is flanked by two wide openings under a projecting cornice, one of them a garage door. On the upper floors, windows with double mullions sit between brick piers; the roof terrace is enclosed by a wrought-iron railing and the window frames with leaded transoms survive. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
