Group of four three-façade villas, paired two by two, in the Art Deco style, built in 1923 by the architect Léon Janlet for the industrialist Louis Sanders. Sanders again called on Janlet in 1927 for the Sanders pharmaceutical laboratories in Saint-Gilles. The single-storey villas, under tall half-hipped roofs, have ground floors faced in red brick and rendered gables pierced by groups of three windows. The entrances are recessed and the joinery partly survives; a garage block was later added between the two pairs. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
