Art Deco apartment building, signed by the architect Léon Meurice and dated 1939 on the boundary wall, built on a through plot with a second façade on Rue François Gay. The façade on Avenue Père Damien, faced with white stone, has three storeys beneath a flat roof; an oriel with a rounded corner, lit by ribbon windows, runs the full height of the main bay. The entrance bay is fronted by quarter-cylinder balconies and a flight of steps with a tubular steel handrail; a heavy reinforced-concrete cornice with a cavetto moulding crowns the whole. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
