Four-storey Art Deco house of asymmetrical composition, designed in 1928 by the Dinant architect Édouard Frankinet; its plot runs through the block and carries a second house by the same architect on Rue Medaets. The rendered façade is marked by two bay windows, one trapezoidal on a vast stepped geometric console, the other segmental, as well as by giant fluted pilasters and geometric friezes of indents and half-cylinders. The house keeps its door in patterned glass and wrought iron, its stained-glass transoms, and its Art Deco entrance hall and staircase. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory.
