Art Deco house of asymmetrical composition, designed in 1932 by the architect Ledent. The façade in orange brick and white imitation stone is organised around a trapezoidal oriel over two storeys, set between two giant pilasters and topped by a terrace whose base is carved with stylised flowers. The raised front door is sheltered by a polygonal reinforced-concrete canopy, beside a stork in bas-relief. The original joinery survives, including a door with a geometric grille and coloured leaded glazing.
